IntraBull is a technology platform that deploys the methodology of a SEBI-registered Research Analyst to generate structured technical chart analysis for Indian equity, index, futures, and commodity markets using AI. The Platform provides:

The AI analysis pipeline operates under a methodology designed, documented, and periodically reviewed by a SEBI-registered Research Analyst ("RA"). When an RA is active on the Platform:

The RA does not review every individual Analysis in real time. The RA's role is to design the analytical methodology, approve prompt and configurations, and perform periodic quality audits — not to provide personalised investment advice to any individual User.

5.2 Setup Strength Index (Confidence Score)

The "confidence score" displayed on each Analysis is a Setup Strength Index reflecting the AI's assessment of the chart pattern's technical quality and the data quality of the input image. It is NOT a probability of profit.

Credit bundles: Starter (20 credits, ₹200, 30 days), Popular (50 credits, ₹500, 30 days), Pro (100 credits, ₹1,000, 90 days), Power (200 credits, ₹2,000, 365 days).

IntraBull is a technology platform that deploys the methodology of a SEBI-registered Research Analyst to generate structured technical chart analysis using AI. All outputs are generated using the RA's approved methodology applied by large language models.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension, credit forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software code, prompt configurations, RA methodologies, branding, and share card templates on the Platform are the intellectual property of IntraBull Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and/or the contributing Research Analyst.

You retain ownership of chart screenshots you upload. By uploading, you grant IntraBull a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to process, store, analyse, and generate derivative outputs from your screenshots for service delivery and quality improvement purposes.

11. Data Retention & Record-Keeping

Upon account deletion request, personal identifiers are anonymised within 30 days. However, records required by SEBI, PMLA, or tax law are retained in anonymised or pseudonymised form for the mandated retention period.

The Company may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete the mandatory consent flow, or any other reason at its sole discretion.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntraBull, its directors, employees, Research Analysts, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, trading losses, lost profits, errors in AI-generated outputs, service interruptions, or losses arising from third-party platform outages.

The Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for credits in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntraBull from any claims arising from your use or misuse of the Platform, your trading decisions, your violation of these Terms, or any third-party claims related to content you upload or share.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, administered by a sole arbitrator. The seat and venue shall be New Delhi, India.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Subject to the arbitration clause, legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
